I love creating these little works of art. This week I made another wedding cake this time for Chet and Angela Mecham. After 1 box of margarine, 1 tub of shortening, 18 cake mixes, 72 eggs, 14 bags of icing sugar, a pinch of salt, and hours of work Voila !!!! Thanks to my beautiful assistant Karli H and to my mentor Lauri O.

I LOVE this one, especially the crystalized sugar, at least that is what I think it is! When I get married again, will you make my cake? :) Or even for my next birthday?
